! We are seeking a passionate and skilled professional to provide high-quality care to our residents. In this role, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized treatment plans that enhance patients’ abilities and improve their quality of life.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patients’ needs and goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to support rehabilitation and recovery.
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home programs.
• Monitor and document patient progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
