Hospice of Marion County, a member of Empath Health, seeks a Hospital Access Navigator to join our Admissions team in Ocala, FL. This full-time leadership role provides oversight of the Access Team within the Admission–Care Navigation Department and serves as the primary liaison to hospital partners to coordinate patient access and care navigation.
The ideal candidate has an A.S. degree with RN licensure, several years in hospice and management, and a commitment to compassionate Full Life Care.
