Team Select Home Care is seeking a Home Health Aide for Medically Fragile Children in Florida. Under RN supervision you will provide personal and skilled care in the patient’s home and report to the Director of Clinical Services.
You will carry out the plan of care, assist with mobility and self‑care, support medication tasks as allowed, complete visit records promptly and communicate changes to the RN. This role requires CPR, completion of required training, and adherence to agency policies.
