**** Schedule**: PRN role; 5-15+ home health visits per week. If desired, part-time or even full-time may be available!
** What you'll Do
*** Provide skilled speech therapy services in accordance with physician orders, the plan of care, and regulatory standards
* Complete initial and ongoing patient assessments, including required OASIS assessments
* Develop individualized plans of care in collaboration with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
* Educate patients and families on swallowing safety, dietary consistency, and communication strategies
* Support cognitive, sensory-motor, language, and memory development through individualized therapeutic interventions

** What You'll Need
*** Graduate of an approved/accredited college program that meets the educational requirements for a Certificate of Clinical Competence in speech pathology or audiology granted by the American Speech and Hearing Association; or enrolled in a program that meets the educational requirements for certification and in the process of accumulating the supervised experience required for certification.
* Active Florida SLP license
* Minimum of 1 year of experience as a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP);
Home health care experience preferred
* Strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient-education skills
