The pharmacist is responsible for providing pharmaceutical care to patients of UF Health Shands Hospital and University of Florida Clinics. The pharmacy operates as both an outpatient community pharmacy and a compounding pharmacy, providing prescription services and customized medication preparations to meet patients' individual needs.

QualificationsMinimum Education and Experience Requirements
- Graduate of an ACPE-accredited school of pharmacy.
- Previous experience in an ambulatory care setting
- Knowledge of insurance processes and requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with computers and ability to work effectively in a clinical environment.
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree.
- Knowledge or experience in a specialized clinical practice area.
- Compounding experience
- Must be a licensed Registered Pharmacist in the State of Florida.
- This position does not require operating a motor vehicle for business purposes.
