The World Equestrian Center – Ocala is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bar Back to support the opening and daily operations of White Willow
, an Asian dining concept located within the prestigious Equestrian Manor. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives behind the scenes, ensuring the bar operates with precision, elegance, and efficiency.

• Ensure the bar is fully stocked with all necessary supplies, including glassware, garnishes, spirits, and mixers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area throughout service.
• Assist bartenders with preparation tasks, including juicing, batching, and restocking.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs to management.
• Support the setup and breakdown of bar stations for daily service and special events.
• Uphold the highest standards of sanitation and safety in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
• Assist with trash removal, recycling, and bar maintenance duties.
• Respond promptly to bartender requests during service to ensure smooth operations.
• Always maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Contribute to a collaborative and respectful team environment.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Manual dexterity and visual acuity for handling bar tools and supplies.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑touch environment.
• Clear and effective communication in both verbal and written formats.

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a bar support or back‑of‑house role within an upscale or fine dining environment preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Willingness to learn and grow within a luxury hospitality setting.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
