We are currently seeking an on-call enthusiastic candidate to join our banquet setup team.

What You’ll Do:

• Arrange tables, chairs, linens and place settings according to event layout .
• Assemble and disassemble portable stages and dance floors .
• Review BEO and Diagram to ensure layout meets clients’ specifications .
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the banquet area .
• Maintain inventory of banquet & meeting equipment, report any damage or repairs required as needed .
• Promptly respond to guest inquiries and/or needs professionally .
• Assist in accommodating last-minute changes or requests efficiently.
• Other tasks as assigned by manager

What You Need to Succeed:

• Ability to read and execute diagrams.
• Strong attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions.
• Must have the ability to expedite orders in a professional, organized and timely manner.
• Maintain clean and neat appearance and be a team player.
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 60 pounds.
• Stand for extended period of time.
• Basic English preferred, but not necessary.
• 1 year banquet setup or hospitality experience preferred.
