Responsibilities- Greet guests pleasantly as they approach the bar.
- Promote house drinks and upsell to maximize revenues where possible.
- Prepare beverages requested by guests and servers according to standard operating procedures, establishing proper portions and ingredients to control costs and provide consistent products.
- Monitor guest behavior and alcohol consumption to determine when service should cease; notify management of incidents involving excessive consumption or impaired guests.
- Check identification when serving alcoholic beverages if age is in doubt.
- Perform opening and closing duties according to operating procedures.
- Handle cash & credit card payments, provide accurate change, and follow cash handling procedures as outlined.
- Provide food service to guests as required.
- Other duties as assigned by management.

- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Able to work nights and weekends.
- Previous experience in a customer service-based role, preferably in a restaurant.
- Serving experience is a plus.
- TIPs certification preferred.
