• Supervise daily food and beverage service operations, ensuring efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Assist in training, scheduling, and mentoring service staff and bartenders.
• Monitor quality of service, cleanliness, and adherence to health and safety standards.
• Support inventory control, stock rotation, and supply ordering.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service.
• Assist with event setup and execution, including live music nights and private bookings.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol service laws and internal policies.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
• Work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

• 2+ years of experience in food and beverage or hospitality supervision.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of bar operations, food service, and POS systems.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Serv Safe and/or TIPS certification preferred.
