Admin​/Recruiter Ocala, FL

We are looking for an Admin/Recruiter to join our team in Ocala, FL

• Source candidates through multiple venues such as job boards, industry-specific sites, college and university campus job fairs and contacts, social media outlets, and other sourcing means.
• Assist with the development of job descriptions if needed and create and post all open positions.
• Interview with candidates to evaluate their technical qualifications for assignments through phone and in-person interviews.
• Hire qualified candidates after completing pre-employment tests, drug screens, applicant background checks, and obtaining required documentation.
• Build professional relationships with customers, employees, and staff.
• Maintain employee files and paperwork.
• Assist with data entry and payroll.

• 0-5 years of experience in staffing or recruitment. Entry level are encouraged to apply.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer proficiency, including proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) products.
• Excellent research and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a flexible work schedule.

The first schedule is 7:00am - 4:30pm

The second schedule is 7:00pm - 4:30am
