Position Overview

The firm is seeking a motivated entry-level attorney licensed in Florida who is eager to gain experience across multiple practice areas. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with seasoned attorneys on a wide range of cases, from courtroom litigation to transactional and advisory matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in handling civil litigation, real estate, business, and probate/trust cases.
• Draft pleadings, motions, contracts, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and provide analysis to support client matters.
• Participate in client meetings, hearings, and mediations under supervision.
• Support senior attorneys in trial preparation and strategy development.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the Florida Bar (required).
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
