Position OverviewThe Operations Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of a supply‑chain operation, providing overall direction and oversight in performance, safety, P&L management, customer relations, continuous improvement, and associate development across multiple sites.

Work Schedule2nd shift, Sunday – Wednesday, 7 PM – 5:30 AM

Competitive CompensationAnnual salary $77,000–$120,000 plus performance‑based bonus. Total rewards include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, generous PTO, sick time, and company holidays.
Key Responsibilities- Direct the operations of distribution, packaging, and transportation to achieve company objectives and meet customer expectations.
- Evaluate overall operations and develop short‑ and long‑term goals.
- Oversee all warehousing, distribution, packaging, and transportation operations.
- Focus on continuous improvement and enhance value, service, and profitability.
- Direct and oversee programs to ensure safety of associates, equipment, and property.
- Ensure compliance with all company, customer, and government regulatory requirements.
- Manage budget and P&L for operations.
- Develop work plans ensuring appropriate staffing levels, managing labor costs, overtime, and retention.
- Maximize quality and productivity by mastering job standards and evaluating performance variances.
- Participate in the collection of performance measurements per customer, vendor, and/or site requirements.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports.
- Deliver a consistent, high‑performance experience to associates and customers.

Minimum Requirements- 5+ years of management experience in a high‑volume, fast‑paced 3PL, distribution, warehouse, or transportation environment.
- High‑volume e‑commerce experience.
- Strong background in inbound or outbound operations.
- Critical thinking, problem‑solving, and reasoning skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse personalities and communication styles.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, databases, WMS, and other metrics‑measurement tools.
- Strong presentation, writing, and speaking proficiency.
- Experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen principles preferred.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Experience with ADP platforms, including Work Force Now, Work Force Manager, ADPRM helpful.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the operation's needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or a business‑related field.
- 3PL experience.
