Job Title
Clinical Engineering Manager, Ocala – Advent Health
Job Description- Manages personnel by staffing and scheduling technicians to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Oversees site operations and provides direction to others using knowledge and experience of technology and equipment.
- Coaches and mentors technicians by providing feedback on performance and documentation practices.
- Develops service strategies with a focus on continuous process improvement.
- Manages Service Operations functions, including service contracts, resources, demand labor, demand parts, and inventory of shop supplies.
- Bachelor's (Required)
- Certified Biomedical Equipment Tech (CBET) – EV Accredited Issuing Body
- Driver's License (DL) – EV Accredited Issuing Body
