FLSA Status:
Non‑exempt. Under general supervision, work on the production line to build manufactured housing as part of a team, performing quality work at a fast‑moving and consistent pace.

• Perform all manual labor assigned to the area.
• Keep the area neat and clean.
• Read and use a tape measure.
• Read blueprints and orders.
• Communicate well with coworkers.
• Use hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools.

• Strong work ethic.
• Ability to work quickly and methodically.
• Understanding of safety procedures.
• Good teamwork skills.
• Commitment to Champion Operating Principles.

• Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous experience in construction and/or manufacturing/modular housing desired.

The role requires standing regularly; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear. Frequently required to walk; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds. Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Must be able to pass a 7‑panel drug screen.
