Primary Responsibilities- Lead production of laminated doughs, breads, and specialty pastries.
- Execute advanced baking techniques with precision and consistency.
- Assist in recipe development and seasonal product innovation.
- Mentor and train Baker 2 and Baker 3 team members.
- Maintain prep schedules and ensure timely execution of daily production.
- Monitor quality control and enforce kitchen standards.
- Support inventory management and ordering processes.
- Uphold food safety and sanitation protocols.

Skills And Abilities
- 5+ years of professional baking experience.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Expertise in laminated doughs, fermentation, and pastry fundamentals.
- Serv Safe Certification required.
- Culinary or baking degree preferred.
