You will set up and operate the shop's mills, brakes, and saws, reading blueprints and measuring parts to spec while maintaining safety and quality. This role emphasizes lean methods, continuous improvement, and teamwork.
You will contribute to assembling high‑quality components for custom and commercial fire trucks, supporting efficiency targets and 5-S principles on the production floor.
