Freestanding Emergency Department RN

Ocala, FL

• Days: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Rotating Weekends)
• Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Rotating Weekends)
• Mixed shift options available

• Hourly Pay: $30.60 – $45.90/hour (based on experience)
• Shift Differential: +$4.25/hour (Nights)
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000 (Nights) | $10,000 (Days)
• Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case

We are seeking a skilled Emergency RN to join a high-performing team at a 12-bed Freestanding Emergency Department (FSED) in Ocala, FL.

This role offers a fast-paced environment with exposure to both critical and non‑critical emergencies, supported by a leading Level I Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center
.

This position requires excellent clinical judgment, rapid decision-making, and the ability to deliver compassionate, efficient care across diverse emergency presentations.

• Triage, assess, and treat patients of all ages presenting with emergency medical conditions
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
• Respond rapidly to life‑threatening conditions and collaborate with physicians and ER teams
• Communicate clearly with patients and families regarding diagnosis, treatment, and discharge plans
• Provide accurate, timely charting and maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high‑quality, efficient care

• Minimum 1+ year of recent acute care RN experience (ER, ICU, or PCU preferred)
• Active Florida RN license or Multistate Compact RN license
• BLS (AHA) within 30 days
• ACLS (AHA) within 90 days
• PALS or ENPC within 90 days
• TNCC within 6 months
• CPI within 6 months
• Paramedic background is a plus
• ASN required;
  BSN preferred
