Envision is seeking a qualified CRNA with strong leadership skills to join our team at Advent Health Ocala in Ocala, Florida!

Minimum CRNA experience of 3 years required, previous leadership experience preferred. This is a full-time opportunity to join the dynamic and collaborative team at Advent Health Ocala. Join an Anesthesia Care Team comprised of 8 Anesthesiologists and 27 CRNAs. At Advent Health Ocala, we value our employees and encourage work/life balance.

• Scheduling
• Staff development
• Assist with recruitment efforts, interviewing, and attending recruiting events
• Liaison with hospital leaders
• Serve as a clinical resource within the department and hospital
• Participate in leadership and development activities
• Assist Chief Anesthesiologist with performance reviews
• Orientation and onboarding of new hires

• Newly Increased Compensation
• $100K Date Bonus with 3-year commitment
• Annual Case Volume of 12K-14K with 16 ORs, Endo suite, OB Suite, Neuro IR suite
• OB Volume: 2,500 annually
• Case Mix:
  General, OB, Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, Vascular, Endo, GYN, Robotics, Gastro, Bariatrics, Neuro IR, and minimal healthy Peds. No Trauma, No Open Hearts.
• Flexible scheduling - 8s, 10s, 12, 16s, and 24s in OB
• Anesthetist perform a full range of procedures, including regional blocks, spinals and epidurals
