• Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care for a senior-only panel
• Monday to Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a dedicated lunch hour
• Patient volume: 10-15 per day, allowing for quality, unrushed visits
• Focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, and patient education
• Close collaboration with supervising physicians and a multidisciplinary care team
• Practice medicine in a model designed around outcomes, not volume

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program with active licensure

• Skilled in EMR documentation and committed to accuracy
• Compassionate, proactive, and patient-centered in approach
• Strong clinical judgment with the ability to think on your feet
