Pay Range: $30.60 to $45.90/hour (based on experience)
Shift Differentials: $4.25/hr (Nights) | $3/hr (Weekends)
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 (Days) | $15,000 (Nights)

As an ICU Registered Nurse
, youll provide advanced, compassionate care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced environment where teamwork, innovation, and patient outcomes come first.

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to critical care patients with complex medical and surgical needs.

• Perform assessments, administer medications, and monitor patients in accordance with provider orders and ICU protocols.

• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute individualized treatment plans.

• Educate patients and families on medical conditions, treatment options, and post-care expectations.

• Maintain detailed, timely documentation in the electronic medical record system.

• Participate in evidence-based practice initiatives and continuous improvement efforts within the ICU.

• Respond to emergency situations promptly and effectively while maintaining calm under pressure.

Required:

• Current Florida RN license (or Compact License with eligibility to obtain FL license within 60 days)

• Associate Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)

• BLS and ACLS (AHA) within 30 days of hire

• TNCC or CCRN certification within 1 year of hire

• Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience (higher-acuity experience strongly preferred; strong Med/Surg candidates will be considered)
