Location: Ocala, FL
Shifts Available:

• Days: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Rotating Weekends)

• Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Rotating Weekends) —
  Urgent Need

• Hourly Pay: $32.00 – $48.00/hour (based on experience)

• Shift Differential: +$4.25/hour (Nights)

• Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 (Days) | $20,000 (Nights)

• Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case

We are seeking a highly skilled Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit RN (CVICU RN) to provide specialized care for critically ill patients following open-heart surgeries, ventilator management, and vasoactive drip titration. You will join a collaborative team in a high-acuity, fast-paced Level I Trauma Center known for excellence in cardiovascular and critical care.

• Monitor and manage critically ill post-cardiac surgery and cardiovascular patients

• Administer medications, titrate vasoactive drips, and operate advanced cardiac and ventilator equipment

• Perform rapid assessments and intervene promptly when patient status changes

• Educate patients and families regarding post-ICU recovery and treatment expectations

• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to implement evidence-based protocols

• Uphold safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance standards

• Minimum 1+ year of recent ICU experience (PCU experience considered)

• Active Florida RN license or Multistate Compact RN license

• BLS (AHA) within 30 days of start

• ACLS (AHA) within 90 days of start

• Associate Degree in Nursing required;
  BSN preferred

• Level I Trauma Center & Comprehensive Stroke Center
