Registered Nurse – Neonatal Intensive Care Unit - $15,000 Sign On Bonus

Our Client:
Our Client is a full-service healthcare provider that has been serving the Sanford, FL area for over 20 years.

The Position:
Our Client is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse NICU
. The ideal candidate will coordinate and deliver high quality, patient-centered care. Our Client is offering the following benefits and compensation:

  • Up to $38.90 (Up to 5 Years of experience)
  • Up to $42.44 (10 years of experience)
  • Up to $49 (17+ years of experience)
  • Shift Diff: $4.50 for nights and $1.50 weekends

Responsibilities
  • Available

    Shifts:

    Days (3 Twelve Hour Shifts) with rotating weekends
  • Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient’s health or situation
  • Advocate for patients as part of the interdisciplinary team
  • Analyze the assessment data to determine the diagnosis or issues
  • Identify expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the patient and the situation
  • Act as an advocate for patient safety.
  • Ensure effective care and use of time, supplies, and equipment.
  • Educate patients regarding their medications, procedure and treatments, providing patients and their families with support throughout their stay.
Qualifications
  • 1 year of recent (within the last year) acute care experience
  • Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation.
  • Nursing Diploma or ASN; BSN preferred.
  • BLS, (AHA Healthcare provider) required within 30 days from start
  • NIH Stroke Scale must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
  • ACLS required within 6 months
