Registered Nurse – Neonatal Intensive Care Unit - $15,000 Sign On Bonus
Our Client:

The Position:
Our Client is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse NICU
. The ideal candidate will coordinate and deliver high quality, patient-centered care. Our Client is offering the following benefits and compensation:
- Up to $38.90 (Up to 5 Years of experience)
- Up to $42.44 (10 years of experience)
- Up to $49 (17+ years of experience)
- Shift Diff: $4.50 for nights and $1.50 weekends

Shifts:
Days (3 Twelve Hour Shifts) with rotating weekends - Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient’s health or situation
- Advocate for patients as part of the interdisciplinary team
- Analyze the assessment data to determine the diagnosis or issues
- Identify expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the patient and the situation
- Act as an advocate for patient safety.
- Ensure effective care and use of time, supplies, and equipment.
- Educate patients regarding their medications, procedure and treatments, providing patients and their families with support throughout their stay.
- 1 year of recent (within the last year) acute care experience
- Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation.
- Nursing Diploma or ASN; BSN preferred.
- BLS, (AHA Healthcare provider) required within 30 days from start
- NIH Stroke Scale must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- ACLS required within 6 months
