We invite you to join our year‑long HCA Nurse Residency Program, a comprehensive training course designed to transition you from a student nurse to a fully‑qualified registered nurse.

The program provides paid learning experiences including advanced clinical training, monthly educational sessions, preceptorship, simulation evaluation and evidence‑based practice projects.
Cohort Start Dates- 2/9/2026 – Med/Surg, Oncology, Cardiac, Ortho, Inpatient Rehab, ER (Limited)
- 3/2026 – Med/Surg, Oncology, Cardiac, Ortho, Inpatient Rehab, ER (Limited)
- 5/2026 – Med/Surg, Oncology, Cardiac, Ortho, Inpatient Rehab, ER (Limited)
- Assess patient condition during admission and each shift as scheduled, identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.
- Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by medical providers; document care in the patient medical record promptly and thoroughly.
- Administer prescribed medications; monitor patient response and notify provider and intervene as needed.
- Respond promptly to patient requests, anticipating and proactively resolving needs.
- Teach patients, families and caregivers about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications and side effects, translating complex terminology into clear understanding.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) obtained within 30 days of employment
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) obtained within 1 year of employment
- Additional certifications may be required during employment
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- Registered Nurse license or Graduate Nurse in the state
- No previous experience required
- Some travel may be needed for training
