Join our Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) team and take on one of the most rewarding roles in critical care nursing. As a CVICU Acute Care RN, you’ll provide advanced care for patients recovering from cardiac surgery, heart failure, and complex cardiovascular conditions
. Your expertise will be vital in managing hemodynamic monitoring, administering life‑saving interventions, and supporting patients through their most vulnerable moments.

• Triage, assess, and provide direct nursing care to patients of all ages
• Perform rapid assessments and respond to critical changes in patient condition
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed
• Coordinate care with physicians, specialists, and internal departments
• Document assessments, interventions, and progress accurately
• Educate patients and families on follow‑up care and resources
• Maintain a safe, clean, patient‑focused environment
• Support a collaborative team culture

• Minimum 1 year of recent acute care experience in Med/Surg, PCU, ICU, or Emergency Department
• Active RN license (state‑specific or multistate compact)

• BLS (within 30 days of hire)
• ACLS (within 90 days)
• PALS (within 90 days)
• Nonviolent Crisis Prevention/Intervention (within 6 months)
• ENPC or TNCC (within 6 months)
• Additional emergency or trauma certifications strongly preferred

• Strong critical thinking and rapid decision‑making
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in high‑stress situations
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Compassionate, detail‑oriented patient care
• Comfort with advanced medical technology

• Base Rate: $32–$45/hour
• Differential: Up to $7/hour for nights/weekends
• Sign‑On Bonus: $10K–$15K (paid over time based on shift and position)
