Freestanding Emergency Room RN – Up to $15K Sign On Bonus

Health Care Support is seeking an Emergency Room RN to join a fast‑paced freestanding emergency department in the Ocala area. This 24/7 facility delivers high‑quality emergency care with advanced onsite diagnostics, perfect for nurses who thrive in rapid triage, critical decision‑making, and high‑acuity situations. You’ll have the autonomy of a smaller environment with the support of a full hospital system behind you.

• Multiple shifts available to meet your scheduling needs

• $30 – $45.90 hourly + Shift Differentials (if applicable)
• Up to $15K Sign‑On‑Bonus

• Triage, assess, and treat patients of all ages with acute and emergent conditions
• Perform rapid assessments and initiate stabilization, including IV therapy, medications, and advanced life support
