About The Opportunity

Work alongside a dedicated team of anesthesiologists, cardiac surgeons, and perfusionists to deliver comprehensive anesthesia care for:

• CVOR (Cardiovascular Operating Room) procedures
• Electrophysiology (EP) cases
• Structural Heart interventions

As a CRNA, you will be responsible for pre-anesthesia assessments, administration of general and regional anesthesia, intraoperative monitoring, and post-anesthesia recovery.

• Monday–Friday schedule
• No call or weekends
• Supportive, team-based care model
• High‑acuity cardiac cases in a well‑equipped facility

• Excellent compensation based on years of experience – median $245K
• $75K sign‑on bonus
• $25K incentive bonus Year 4
• $2,500 CME & 3 paid days

• Active Florida ARNP license
• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
