Responsible for assessing and analyzing the health status of patients upon admission and on an ongoing basis. Formulates and updates individualized patient care plans, directs, implements, and coordinates patient care activities, communicates findings, documents all patient care, transcribes and executes physician orders, provides patient education, conducts ongoing evaluation of patient outcomes, adheres to nursing department standards, completes competency testing, maintains licensures and certifications, participates in performance improvement activities, and collaborates on policy changes.

• Associate's Degree in Nursing (Required)
• Bachelor's of Nursing
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI)
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
• Registered Nurse (RN)
• Trauma Nurse Course Certified (TNCC)

$31.53 – $52.24 per hour
