As the General Practice Medical Director, you will oversee and manage the daily medical operations of our General Practice hospital. You’ll provide leadership, mentor doctors and staff, and ensure delivery of high-quality patient care. Your role will include collaborating closely with other specialists across our campus to support whole-health healing and advance veterinary medicine.

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD)
• Active veterinary license in Florida
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical veterinary experience, preferably with leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of general practice medicine and surgery
• Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
• Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills
