We are looking for team-oriented landscapers for the Horticulture Department at Golden Ocala Golf & Equestrian Club. The ideal candidate will be quality-driven and detail oriented, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn all aspects of horticulture and how it works at our club.

The Horticulture team works 40 hours per week with occasional Saturday assignments based upon club requirements. Additionally, we require a strong work ethic, the ability to communicate well with others, to take direction, and to be a team player. Mutual respect between team members is essential in developing a strong program.

• High School Diploma

• Some knowledge of horticulture standards and processes
• Self-motivation is a requirement

• Some experience in either horticulture or grounds maintenance
• Basic knowledge of most horticulture and grounds maintenance equipment

• Ability to follow directions and make appropriate decisions on the job
• Good time awareness and ability to stay on task
