You will be the Quality Auditor Staff for the Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) Ocala, FL site.

As the Quality Auditor Staff, you will be responsible for evaluating quality process and system standards to ensure compliance with company standards, regulatory, and industry.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Performs and reports on internal and external audits, system, product and process conformity, pre-audits, and special audits.
• Investigates problems and develops disposition and corrective actions for recurring quality system process discrepancies.
• Interfaces, as needed, with manufacturing, engineering, customer, and supply chain representatives to ensure quality system processes are met and recommend corrective actions.
• Interfaces with DCMA. Coordinates responses to Government Corrective Action Requests (GCAR) by ensuring thorough root cause analysis and corrective action.
• Maintains a database of observation results, analyzes data, and prepares regular summary reports for the leadership team.
• Develops and maintains collaborative relationships with colleagues, customers and programs/sites.

This position is located in Ocala, FL. Discover Ocala

Must be a U.S. citizen. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance prior to start.

• Engineering Degree.
• Certified AS9100 Lead Auditor.
• Experience working with DCMA or other government customers.
• Experience performing and reporting on internal and external audits, system, product and process conformity.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.

• Must be able to manage multiple priorities.
• Superb customer service and collaboration skills.
• Ability to influence without direct authority.
