In this position, you will be responsible for assisting prospective and current residents with leasing, marketing, and customer service activities. This role serves as the first point of contact for prospective renters and plays a vital role in the successful operation of the apartment community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet prospective residents and conduct property tours.
  • Present available apartments in a compelling manner, highlighting features and benefits.
  • Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Follow up with leads and complete lease applications and necessary paperwork.
  • Assist applicants through the leasing process, including screening and move-in.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents.
  • Resolve resident concerns and maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
  • Promote resident retention by developing positive relationships and community involvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospect traffic, leasing activity, and resident interactions.
  • Prepare lease agreements and ensure all documents comply with company and legal standards.
  • Assist with rent collections and enforce community policies.
  • Support marketing efforts, including social media, outreach, and resident events.
  • Monitor online advertising and ensure listings are current and appealing.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1–2 years of leasing, sales, or customer service experience (real estate or property management preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work weekends and flexible hours
  • Proficiency in property management software
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
