Shift Manager

The Great Greek was founded by two third‑generation restauranteurs with more than 30 years in the food and hospitality business. The tradition focuses on authentic Mediterranean hospitality, crafting meals with family, friendship, and careful recipes passed down generations.

We are seeking an experienced Shift Manager to join our team. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for the restaurant’s operational performance during your shift, create employee schedules, supervise staff, and ensure smooth operations.

• Train and manage employees and assign duties as needed
• Lead the team in providing exceptional customer service
• Resolve customer complaints gracefully and with tact
• Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations
• Provide sales and productivity reports to upper management
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels, reorder and restock when necessary
• Cover the shifts of absent employees

• High school diploma or GED
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, restaurant management software, and POS software
• Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
• Excellent management and leadership skills
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
