Overview

Red Lobster is looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead operations focus on high quality seafood and beverage service while maximizing guest satisfaction. You will hire, train and inspire the people that make your restaurant stand out.

  • Manage performance of team members, including conducting performance evaluations, training, coaching, and discipline

We provide flexibility to support professional goals and work‑life balance with operating hours between 11 a.m. and 11 p.m.

Education, Experience and Key Qualifications
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • 1+ years management or supervisory experience in restaurant, hotel, retail or general business required
  • 2+ years casual dining or full‑service restaurant management experience preferred
  • Serv Safe, local and state certifications or the ability to obtain required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Pay Range

USD $58,000.00 - USD $72,100.00 /Yr.
