• Taking orders and preparing alcoholic beverages
• Complying with applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines, including serving guests responsibly
• Demonstrating great salesmanship
• Accurately using the point of sale (POS) system to place orders, process gift‑card sales, and cash/credit card transactions
• Practicing proper safety and sanitation procedures
• Exhibiting teamwork at all times
