The World Equestrian Center – Ocala is seeking an attentive and polished Server to deliver refined hospitality at Genievieve’s, our elegant Italian dining concept located within the prestigious Equestrian Manor. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with a passion for service, a deep appreciation for culinary artistry, and a commitment to creating memorable guest experiences.

As a Server
, you will guide guests through their dining journey with grace and expertise, ensuring each interaction reflects the World Equestrian Center’s core values of Quality, Class, and Distinction

• Provide warm, personalized service that anticipates guest needs and exceeds expectations.
• Present menus with confidence and knowledge, offering thoughtful recommendations and pairing suggestions.
• Accurately take orders and coordinate with culinary and beverage teams to ensure timely and precise delivery.
• Maintain a polished and professional presence throughout service.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests or concerns with discretion and care.
• Ensure table settings, service areas, and presentation standards are consistently upheld.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
• Support private dining and special event service with elegance and attention to detail.
• Maintain compliance with food safety, alcohol service, and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and elevated dining experience.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during service hours.
• Comfortable lifting and carrying trays, plates, and supplies (up to 25 pounds).
• Clear and effective communication in both verbal and written formats.
• Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a server in an upscale or fine dining environment.
• Exceptional guest service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage pairings.
• Professional appearance and refined demeanor.
• Proficiency in POS systems and cash handling.
• Serv Safe and Alcohol Compliance Certifications required.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Experience with private dining and special events preferred.
