We are currently seeking Cashiers to join our Sonny's BBQ team! Our Cashiers are the ones who add to the energy of the shift and that extra helping of southern hospitality by making our guests feel welcome!

• Understanding and practicing our mission, values, and objectives
• Ensuring guests at the front cash register and/or drive‑thru are greeted with a warm welcome
• Accounting for cash and credit card transactions at the register
• Preparing and fulfilling take‑out orders, answering the front phone; or expediting food to tables
• Ensuring all our guests are taken care of whether they’re dining in or ordering take‑out

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to complete work with accuracy
• Ability to multi‑task
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Ability to function well in a fast‑paced environment

• Ability to lead and direct while cultivating a healthy and collaborative team environment

• Stand for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to use hands to handle items
• May be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, and requested to work with cleaning chemicals
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
