Ocala, FL | On-site | Starting at $65K
Position OverviewWe’re seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to support front‑of‑house operations for an upscale dining concept. This is a hands‑on leadership role focused on exceptional service, team development, and a consistently elevated guest experience.
What You’ll Do- Support daily front‑of‑house operations and service execution
- Lead, coach, schedule, and develop FOH team members
- Maintain a strong floor presence and high service standards
- Support labor, payroll, budgets, inventory, and cost controls
- Handle guest concerns professionally and proactively
- Assist with private dining, events, and special service periods
- Partner with culinary leadership on menu and beverage initiatives
- Prior Assistant General Manager experience required
- 3+ years of upscale restaurant management or supervisory experience
- Strong FOH leadership and luxury hospitality experience
- Experience with scheduling, labor, payroll, budgets, and cost controls
- Polished, positive, and professional leadership presence
- Serv Safe and Alcohol Compliance certifications required
- Asian dining experience is a plus, but not required
- Starting at $65K, DOE
