World Equestrian Center Ocala seeks a skilled Sushi Cook (Part Time) to join our culinary team for an upscale Japanese dining concept. You will craft rolls, sashimi, and nigiri with precision, maintaining freshness and immaculate presentation.
Responsibilities include prep, station setup and breakdown, inventory control, and collaboration with kitchen and front-of-house teams. Must be able to work evenings and weekends in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
