Job Overview

• Manage all aspects of the store during shifts: cost controls, inventory, cash, and customer relations.
• Ensure compliance with all policy and procedures; set an example for the crew.
• Staffing, paperwork, food management, scheduling, store cleanliness, and marketing.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, appearance, and store image.
• Track profitability and implement strategies to increase sales.
• Coordinate delivery operations, including driving and customer service.

• Experience in food service or retail management, with strong multitasking and quick math skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to instruct and interact with staff and customers.
• Proficiency in handling monetary transactions accurately, using a calculator as needed.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lb, push/pull, and work in varying temperatures.
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle for delivery duties.
