Base Pay Range: $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

Do you have a knack for helping people, following recipes, and organization? Our prepared meal and rotisserie chicken associates prepare fresh food items daily for our members by following recipes and preparing our always warm and ready rotisserie chicken. We’ll also count on you to properly wrap, label, and store merchandise to ensure our members have the freshest items available to take home.

When necessary, you will juggle several tasks while assisting members with their bakery orders. Your smile can make the difference between a good shopping experience and a great one.

• Prepare fresh food items daily in accordance with item specifications.
• Ensure high-quality products are available in the prepared foods area.
• Maintain shelves, temperature control, verify expiration dates, and dispose of lower-quality food products.
• Prepare and serve ready‑to‑eat food.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and member‑ready area.
• Handle claims, returns, and zoning the area in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and educate other associates on tools, tasks and resources.
• Adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance and inventory management.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment and sanitizing equipment.
• Use digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement.
• Act as an owner, driving the performance of the area, stocking and rotating merchandise, ensuring quality and date control standards, eliminating waste.
• Provide excellent customer service and comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
• Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources and collaborating with managers and colleagues.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Successfully complete all required job trainings and assessments.

• Food Service experience.
• Food Handler Certification (Food Safety).

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
