Position Summary:

You will make an impact by:
- Maintaining a positive attitude by smiling, greeting, and thanking members.
- Providing exceptional customer service to members, answering questions as needed.
- Maintaining a clean, neat, and member‑ready area.
- Receiving & storing merchandise in an organized manner.
- Maintaining inventory to avoid out‑of‑stock and over‑stock products.
What you’ll do:

Keep up‑to‑date product knowledge, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, educate associates, and be flexible to work in other areas. - Be an Expert:
Understand produce quality specifications, prepare items per standards, maintain safety, and comply with regulations. - Be a Techie:
Use digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and support associate engagement. - Be an Owner:
Drive area performance, use inventory techniques, ensure quality and date control, eliminate waste, and guide peers. - Be a Talent Ambassador:
Promote the department, model high quality service, and exhibit energy, commitment, and passion. - Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics, applying them in business processes.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage.
Minimum QualificationsMust be 18 years of age or older.
Success in completing all required training and assessments within the prescribed time period.
