Position Summary:

Our members choose Sam’s Club for quality, fresh fruits & vegetables at low cost. As part of our produce team, you will help ensure availability, cleanliness, and freshness, while delivering excellent customer service.

You will make an impact by:

• Maintaining a positive attitude by smiling, greeting, and thanking members.
• Providing exceptional customer service to members, answering questions as needed.
• Maintaining a clean, neat, and member‑ready area.
• Receiving & storing merchandise in an organized manner.
• Maintaining inventory to avoid out‑of‑stock and over‑stock products.

  Drive area performance, use inventory techniques, ensure quality and date control, eliminate waste, and guide peers.
• Be a Talent Ambassador:
  Promote the department, model high quality service, and exhibit energy, commitment, and passion.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics, applying them in business processes.
• Complete work assignments and priorities, collaborating with managers and partners, and recommend improvement opportunities.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage.

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Success in completing all required training and assessments within the prescribed time period.
