Merchandising Services Company’s vision is to be the premier merchandising company in the US, respected for our innovative planning and execution. We are looking for Convenience Store Merchandisers. Starting pay rate is $16.00 per hour with pay increases and advancement opportunities available. Approximately 2 weeks of travel per year. Daytime hours, up to 40 hours per week with the possibility of overtime and early access to earned wages through the Paycor wallet.

Must be able to travel with company provided hotels. Travel pay and Per Diem offered when traveling.

In a convenience store setting, under direction of MSCO management, responsibilities may include: using a Plan‑O‑Gram to complete merchandising of existing in‑store products, including tagging, moving, rearranging existing products on shelves, bins, inside coolers, or any other store area.

• Must be able to travel including overnight stays, potential weekend stays, and sometimes out of state.
• At least 18 years of age, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, proof of auto insurance, Real r’s License.
• High school diploma/GED and equivalent training and experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to read planograms.
• Must follow and comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Merchandising experience preferred but not required; training provided.
• The ability to work quickly and efficiently.

Ability to be on feet for extended periods, bend, stoop, reach, stand, carry products with light to moderate lifting. Must tolerate colder conditions inside beverage coolers.
