Job Description

The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in‑store experience. Acting as the Floor Supervisor, the Key Lead provides guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates, ensuring store operations run effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

Work Schedule Requirements
  • Schedule will vary weekly; expect to work at least 12–16 hours per week.
  • Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays.
  • During peak time frames, hours will increase to support the needs of the business.
Qualifications What it Takes
  • Education:

    High School Diploma / G.E.D. preferred
  • Retail

    Experience:

    At least 1 year preferred
