Position Summary
Job responsibilities include maintaining and processing shipments for the Club in accordance with Company policies. The role requires developing and posting delivery schedules, compiling and organizing receiving reports, verifying merchandise counts, routing merchandise to proper locations, and paying expenses. Additional duties involve receiving merchandise for the Facility, organizing and maintaining the receiving area, merchandising, completing required documentation, tracking and processing claims, handling damaged goods, managing liquidation merchandise, maintaining and cleaning the clearance area, and utilizing technology to capture required reporting and documentation.
The position also requires maintaining safety of the facility by following all safety standards, conducting safety sweeps, adhering to forklift spotting procedures, handling hazardous materials properly, and reporting unsafe situations to facility management.
Compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards is essential. The role includes implementing action plans using the Open Door Policy and applying them to business processes and practices. Prioritization of work assignments, collaboration with managers and customers, and continuous improvement efforts are also key responsibilities.

Wage InformationThe hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $25.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed, and multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
Minimum Qualifications- Forklift certification or must obtain a forklift certification within 30 days of job entry date.
