About the RoleAs a Parts Specialist, you’ll be the front‑line connection between our customers, technicians, and vendors. You’ll:
- Help customers in person and over the phone with parts solutions, quotes, and technical info
- Source and order parts using vendor catalogs and online tools
- Manage inventory: stocking, organizing, and keeping the department running smoothly
- Process sales, receipts, and documentation with accuracy and professionalism
- Support technicians and coworkers by pulling and delivering the right parts at the right time
Business
Hours:
Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (your evenings & weekends are free!)
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- Strong communication & people skills
- Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office + inventory systems)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment
- Integrity and reliability—your coworkers and customers can count on you (Experience in parts or related fields is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person!)
