• Follow up with inbound leads & make outbound calls
• Qualify prospects & book appointments for agents
• Keep notes organized in our CRM
• Hit daily & weekly goals (calls, contacts, appointments)
• Build rapport, handle objections, and keep leads moving

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or call centre environment (is preferred but not required)
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, confident phone presence
• Strong ability to build rapport, handle objections, and close for appointments
• Highly organised and detail‑oriented—able to track follow‑ups and update CRM consistently
• Driven by goals and metrics with a “no excuses” mindset
• Comfortable making 50–100+ outbound calls per day
• Fast learner, coachable, and open to feedback
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Tech‑savvy—able to quickly adapt to CRM and dialer systems
• Availability to work a consistent full‑time schedule, including some evenings and weekends

$16 - $25 hourly
