What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Manage and promote Neurocrine products within a specific geographic territory
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and other key stakeholders
  • Drive product acceptance and growth through strategic account management and education
  • Execute territory sales strategies to meet or exceed sales objectives
  • Collaborate with internal partners across various departments to ensure product success
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • BS/BA degree in science or related field and a minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech or related experience, including 3+ years in specialty pharmaceutical sales
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and proven track record of meeting sales objectives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic sales
  • Familiarity with business systems and salesforce automation platforms
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of specialty fulfillment and payer requirements
  • Ability to navigate complex accounts across varied care sites
