Tri State Distributors has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Ocala, FL. Bilingual for English/Spanish needed for customer clientele.

Established in 1983, Tri State Distributors has expanded to cover the southeastern United States as one of the leading suppliers serving the LP gas, HVAC and Manufactured Housing industries. The company takes pride in maintaining traditional values of fair, dependable and courteous service to all their valued customers. Each branch location is a free standing profit center within the multi-branch company.

Primary responsibilities include:

• maintaining an established customer base through weekly calls and emails
• utilizing reports to enhance inside sales
• working hand in hand with Outside Sales force
• quote preparation
• receive products as needed

Tri State Distributors has immediate openings, excellent starting pay rates and a potential first year retention bonus of $2,000! ($1,000 at hire, $500 at 90 days, $500 at 180 days)

Job Requirements:

• Basic PC skills required
• Ability to talk with customers by phone and receive orders
• Ability to speak English and Spanish desired
• Inside Sales experience in a high volume environment preferred
• Data Entry skills required
• Maintaining orderly paperwork
• Experience in Profit 21 (P21) software preferred
• HVAC experience preferred
• High School or equivalent education
