Tri State Distributors has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Ocala FL Bilingual for English Spanish needed for customer clientele Established in 1983 Tri State Distributors has expanded to cover the southeastern United States as one of the leading suppliers serving the LP gas HVAC and Manufactured Housing industries The company takes pride in maintaining traditional values of fair dependable and courteous service to all their valued customers Each branch location is a free standing profit center within the multi branch company Primary responsibilities include maintaining an established customer base through weekly calls and emailsutilizing reports to enhance inside salesworking hand in hand with Outside Sales forceorder entryquote preparationconduct sales callsreceive products as needed

Tri State Distributors has immediate openings excellent starting pay rates and a potential first year retention bonus of  at hire 500 at 90 days 500 at 180 days Pleasant working conditions with bonus potential and other benefits Monday Friday 800 am 500 pm

Job Requirements Basic PC skills required

Ability to talk with customers by phone and receive orders

Ability to speak English and Spanish desired

Professional phone etiquette skills a must Inside Sales experience in a high volume environment preferred

Data Entry skills required

Maintaining orderly paperwork

Experience in Profit 21 P21 software preferred

HVAC experience preferred

High School or equivalent education
