Concrete Block Counter Sales

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and computer-savvy individual to join our team as a Block Counter Sales Representative. This role is responsible to include but not limited to: providing excellent customer service both in person and over the phone, handling front desk responsibilities, processing sales, creating quotes, managing basic administrative tasks, and taking payments. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude are essential.

• Answer phone calls and assist clients in person with a professional and courteous attitude.
• Prepare accurate quotes, pricing, and proposals.
• Coordinate with operations and logistics for timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain and track inventory of products such as concrete block, rebar, and related items.
• Utilize Excel and learn new systems and software tools as needed such as Titan.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, and distributors.
• Sell various products such as concrete block and steel. Take payments in person and over the phone.

• Proficiency in Excel and ability to quickly learn new systems. Multitasking is a must.
• Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and keep accurate records.
• Previous Precast Concrete Industry is a plus.
• Must be people-oriented, social, and able to work well with both customers and internal teams.

• This role offers potential for expanded responsibilities based on performance and initiative.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred but not required.
• Pay is $20.
• This position will also, in the future, train to assist in Dispatching and other areas sales related.
